Once Wellington Contracting have possession of site, our QS will hold a site induction for all members of staff associated with the project and engineers to the contract. Following this the site will be handed over to Operations manger to hold further site inductions when the need arises, in particular for sub-contractors or principal authorities. Both QS and OM currently hold first aid certification, construct safe certification, and L1 TC / STMS L1 qualifications.
Site inductions will be held as a collaboration with staff. This will help engage everyone involved with the project. During the induction the below key points will be discussed in detail and documented for future reference.
